Low Carb Sushi


Serves 1

INGREDIENTS:

1 Nori seaweed wrappers

1/2 Cucumber

1/2 Carrot

1/c. Sprouts

1/2 Avocado

4-5 oz. Sushi grade Tuna

2 tsp. Cream cheese

Sesame seeds

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Fill nori with all incgredients.

2. Roll using a sushi roller.

3. Cut into 1'' pieces and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

ENJOY!
