MRM Veggie Protein Waffles


*Revised version of Natalie Hodson's "Guilt Free Waffles"

INGREDIENTS:

1 scoop MRM Veggie Protein

1/4-1/3 c. oat flour (grind oats in a food processor)

3/4 c. almond or coconut milk

1/4 c. water

3 egg whites

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.

2. Pour into hot waffle iron to cook.

3. Top with coconut oil, date paste, or homemade, low sugar jam/syrup.
