Breakfast Sandwich

INGREDIENTS:
1 food for life 7 sprouted grain english muffin
2 slices jennie-o turkey bacon
Handful of spinach
1'' slice of tomato
1/4 avocado, mashed
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Cook bacon and egg. Meanwhile toast muffin.
2. Spread avocado on muffin and top with remaining ingredients.
