Zoodle Spaghetti

 INGREDIENTS:

 

1 small zucchini, cut into "noodles"

4 oz. ground elk, cooked

1/4 c. low sugar marinara sauce

1 tsp. garlic, minced

1 tsp. parmesan cheese

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

 

1. Saute garlic and zoodles in a pan over medium heat until slightly tender.

 

2. Top with cooked meat

 

3. Sprinkle with cheese.
