Chicken Salad Pita

 INGREDIENTS:

 

1/2 Ezekiel pita pocket

5 oz. shredded chicken breast (I used rotisserie this day)

1/4 c. grapes, chopped

1/2 avocado, mashed

10 walnuts, chopped

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

 

1. Mix together avocado and chicken in a bowl.

 

2. Add in the remaining ingredients and toss together.

 

3. Fill pita with mixture.
