Whole Wheat Crepes

INGREDIENTS:

*4 servings

 

3/4 c. whole wheat flour

1 c. low fat milk or homemade almond milk

3 egg whites

1/8 c. olive oil

Fruit of choice

Greek yogurt

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

 

1. Warm up a large saucepan over medium/high heat. 

 

2. Wisk together eggs and milk.

 

3. Stir in flour and oil until smooth.

 

4. Pour one ladle full of batter into warm pan. Swirl around until thin. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side.

 

5. Remove and fill with desired toppings. Roll up and ENJOY!
