Fish Tacos

INGREDIENTS:

 

5 oz. White fish

1/2 c. Purple cabbage, chopped

1/2 Avocado

2 corn toritillas

2 tsp. salsa

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

 

1. Bake or grill fish until cooked.

 

2. Top corn tortillas with all ingredients and serve immediately.

 

I also made a  quick side of kale mixed with olive oil and orange juice. ENJOY!
