Spicy Quinoa Veggie Bowl


INGREDIENTS:

1/2 c. quinoa, cooked

2 c. spinach, chopped

1/2 c. cucumbers, chopped

1/4 c. walnuts, chopped

1 T. sriracha sauce

salt

pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. In a medium bowl, pour warm quinoa over chopped spinach until it is slightly wilted.

2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and stir together.
