Low Fat Egg Salad Sandwich


INGREDIENTS:

Whole grain toast

1 whole egg, hard boiled

3 egg whites, hard boiled

1/4 c. plain greek yogurt

1 T. mustard

2 tsp. sriracha

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Mix together eggs, yogurt, mustard, and sriracha with a fork

2. Spread on toast

ENJOY!
