Berry Smoothie Bowl


INGREDIENTS:

1 c. plain Greek yogurt

1 c. frozen spinach

1/2 c. frozen blueberries

unsweetened coconut flakes

hemp seeds

chia seeds

walnuts, chopped

vanilla SweetLeaf stevia drops (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Blend yogurt, spinach and berries until desired consistency.

2. Transfer to a bowl and top with remaining ingredients.
