Pulled Pork Ginger Salad


INGREDIENTS:

2 c. spinach

1 c. romaine lettuce, chopped

4 oz. shredded pork

(leftover from the crock pot - I only add low sodium chicken broth and garlic powder to cook it in)

1 tsp. Ginger dressing (http://www.mustardseedsauce.com/products.html)

INSTRUCTIONS:

Toss together and ENJOY!
