Kale Stuffed Chicken

INGREDIENTS:

 

3 Chicken breasts, with a pocket cut lengthwise

2 c. Kale

1 T. chopped nitrate free ham

1 tsp. garlic, chopped

salt and pepper

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

 

1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degress F.

 

2. Saute kale, ham, and garlic until kale is wilted

 

3. Stuff chicken breasts with kale mixture and place on a wire rack on a baking sheet

 

4. Season with salt and pepper

 

5. Cook for 15-20 minutes until chicken is cooked thoroughly
