Fajita Bowl

INGREDIENTS:
4 Chicken breasts
3 red bell peppers
1 orange bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 avocado
cheddar cheese
1/4 c. water
salsa
Fajita seasoning:
1 T. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Pour some fajita seasoning into a large ziploc bag with chicken and peppers and place in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight
2. Dump ingedients from the bag into a large saucepan with water and cover until veggies are tender and chicken is cooked.
2. Transfer to a bowl and top with avocado slices, salsa, and shredded cheddar cheese
