Baked Apple

 INGREDIENTS:

 

1 apple

3 T. oats

1 tsp. almond flour

2 tsp. coconut oil, melted

1 tsp. maple syrup

cinnamon

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

 

1. Mix oats, flour, oil and syrup until combined

 

2. Core apple and full with oat mixture.

 

3. Bake a 350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes

 

4. Top with cinnamon and ENJOY!
