Crockpot Vegetable Soup

 INGREDIENTS:

 

4 garlic cloves, minced

2 T. onion flakes

2 c. carrots, peeled and chopped

1 1/4 c. celery, chopped

4 c. water

2 T. low sodium chicken buillion

2 cans diced tomatoes

3 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces

1 1/2 c. frozen green beans

1 c. frozen corn

1 1/2 c. frozen peas

1/2 tsp. dried thyme

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

 

Pour all ingredients into a crockpot and cook for 3-4 hours until potatoes are tender.
