Protein Waffles


INGREDIENTS

1 c. oats, blended into flour (I use the Magic Bullet)

5 egg whites

1 whole egg

1/2 c. 1% cottage cheese

1 tsp. baking powder

cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Blend all ingredients together in a food processor

2. Pour into hot waffle iron and cook

3. Top with blended berries and greek yogurt.

ENJOY!
