CHIA SEED PUDDING

INGREDIENTS:

 

1/4 c. Chia seeds

1/2-1 c. Homemade almond milk (recipe coming soon!)

1/2 tsp. vanilla

1/4 c. Unsweetened coconut flakes

1/2 c. Bluberries

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

 

1.  Mix chia seeds, almond milk, vanilla, and coconut flakes together and place in a closed container in the fridge.

 

2.  Let the mixture sit for 2-4 hours until chia seeds have soaked up most of the liquid.

 

3.  Top with bluberries and additional coconut flakes. Enjoy!
