1/3-1/2 c. oats
1/3 c. water
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. milk or milk substitute of choice
1/4 peach, sliced
1/4 c. raspberries
1 T. pecans, chopped (or nut of choice)
1 scoop Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
1. Stir oats and water together and cook until soft
2. Add cinnamon, milk, and collagen and mix well.
3. Top with sliced fruit and nuts.
