2 c. dates
1/2 c. plain peanuts
1/2 c. pecans (or favorite nuts)
1 c. almonds
1/2 c. unsweetened coconut flakes
Topping: unsweetened shredded coconut, dark chocolate, nuts, cocoa powder, toffee pieces
1. Mix dates, peanuts, nuts, and coconut flakes in a food processor until dough forms.
2. Roll into small balls and place on a place or cookie sheet.
3. Melt chocolate and drizzle over balls. Sprinkle toppings as desired.
