1 tsp. onion flakes
1 tsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
3 c. riced cauliflower, frozen or fresh
2 c. mixed veggies of choice, frozen
1 c. peas, frozen
4 egg whites
1/4-1/2 c. coconut aminos
1. Saute oil, onion flakes, and garlic in a large pan over medium/high heat.
2. Move to the side of the pan and add eggs and egg whites until scrambled.
3. Add veggies and allow to cook until soft.
4. Stir in coconut aminos until well mixed.
