1 Food for Life Sprouted Grain Tortilla
2 tsp. pesto
2 slices Jenni-o turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
2 oz. sweet potato, cooked and chopped
1/2 c. fennel bulb, chopped
1/4 small pear, chopped
1-2 oz. organic mozzarella cheese
1. In a small pan over medium-high heat saute fennel and sweet potato.
2. Spread pesto over the tortilla and top with fennel, sweet potato, bacon, pear, and cheese.
3. Place under a broiler for 5-8 minutes until cheese is melted and tortilla is slightly crispy.
