Healthy Nachos


INGREDIENTS:

1 Ezekiel tortilla

4 oz. ground chicken or turkey, cooked

1 T. taco seasoning (see below)

2 T. cheddar cheese, shredded

2 T. black bean refried beans

1/2 c. chopped tomatoes

1/4 c. chopped olives

1/2 chopped avocado

jalepenos

1 T. plain greek yogurt

Lower Sodium Taco Seasoning:

6 T. chili powder

4 tsp. ground cumin

3 tsp. paprika

2 tsp. garlic powder

1 tsp. onion powder

1/2 tsp. black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Season ground meat with taco seasoning until desired taste is achieved.

2. Bake tortilla in the oven for 2 minutes each side until crispy.

3. Top with remaining ingredients.
