16 oz. of Pacific organic red lentil soup
4 chicken breasts
1/2 can black beans
1/2 c. frozen corn
1. Combine chicken and soup in a crockpot and cook on high for 3-4 hours. Separate chicken into strips with a fork and allow it to cook for another 1-2 hours.
2. Add beans and corn. Cook for another 30 minutes until warm.
3. Top with avocado, cheese, yogurt, and jalapenos if desired.
