Chicken Stir-Fry


INGREDIENTS:

4 oz. chicken breast

1/2 c. sugar snap peas

1/2 red bell pepper, sliced

1/2 yellow bell pepper, sliced

1/2 yellow bell pepper, sliced

1 garlic clove, minced

1 T. soy sauce

1 packet true lemon

1 tsp. honey

1 tsp. rice wine vinegar

1 tsp. sesame oil

sesame seeds

sriracha

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Slice chicken into thin pieces. I like to use the attachment on my NINJA. Cook until no longer pink.

2. Add sliced peppers and sautee with garlic.

3. Combine soy sauce, true lemon, honey, vinegar, and oil in a small bowl and whisk together. Pour over chicken and veggies.

4. Sprinkle with sesame seed and top with sriracha for an extra kick.
