6 oz. grilled flank steak
1/4 avocado, mashed
1/2 c. mushrooms
1/2 head of cauliflower, cooked
1/2 c. low sodium chicken broth
salt and pepper
1. Place cooked cauliflower and 1/4 c. chicken broth in a food processor and blend until smooth. Add more broth if needed. Season with salt and pepper
2. Slice grilled flank steak and top with mashed avocado.
3. Sautee mushrooms over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
