Bun-less Burger and Sweet Potato Shreds


INGREDIENTS:

4 oz. ground elk, cooked and seasoned with salt and pepper

lettuce

tomatoes

pickles

1 tsp. low sugar ketchup

1 tsp. mustard

3 oz. sweet potato, shredded

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Top lettuce with cooked meat, pickles, and tomatoes

2. Mix together ketchup and mustard and pour over meat

3. Cook shredded sweet potato at 350 degrees F. until crispy
