1 c. oats
1 T. ground flaxseeds
3 T. chia seeds
1/2-3/4 c. freshly ground peanut butter
1 T. sugar free maple syrup
2 T. dark chocolate ships
splash of water
1. Stir all ingredients in a medium bowl until combined.
2. Roll into small balls and place on a wax lined cookie sheet.
3. Place cookie sheet in the freezer for 10-15 minutes until balls are firm.
