BBQ Pork Tenderloin & Veggies


INGREDIENTS:

Pork tenderloin

4 c. broccoli

1 c. mushrooms

1/2 fennel bulb

1 T. soy sauce

1 tsp. white wine vinegar

1 tsp. garlic powder

1 tsp. onion flakes

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Marinate pork with soy sauce, vinegar, garlic powder, and onion flakes for at least one hour

2. Cook pork on the bbq until cooked through.

3. Chop all veggies and sautee over medium heat until desired tenderness is achieved.
