Chicken, Bean, and Kale Chili


INGREDIENTS:

4 Chicken breasts

2 Cans of white beans, drained and rinsed (I usually use great northern but I only have pinto beans today)

1 c. Frozon corn

2 c. Kale

1 1/2 tsp. Chili powder

1 tsp. Cumin

1/2 tsp. Garlic salt

1/2 tsp. Onion flakes

2 c. Low sodium chicken broth

1 c. Milk

1/2 c. Plain greek yogurt

INSTRUCTIONS:

Place all ingredients in a crockpot and cook for 6 hours. When chicken is cooked thoroughly, shred it and cook allow everything to cook for 1 more hour. Top with diced avocado.
