Baked Brussel Sprouts


INGREDIENTS:

2 cups Brussel Sprouts, ends trimmed and cut in half

1 T. Olive oil

Salt and Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Pre heat oven to 400 degrees F.

2. Combine brussel sprouts, oil, salt and pepper in a ziploc bag.

3. Shake until brussel sprouts are evenly coated.

4. Spread brussel sprouts on a baking sheet covered with tin foil and bake on the middle rack for 20-30 minutes depending on desired tenderness.
